Welcome to the Art of Woodturning

Where Meetings & Demonstrations are held every month

Ever wondered how things are made ?

Do you or a loved one fancy having a go ?

Perhaps learn a new skill ?

Welcome to the Cheshire Guild of Woodturners

We are a family orientated group, eager to share centuries
of Woodturning skills with both young and old to show what
can be made from a tree and welcome them in the
art of Woodturning.

We meet on the 3rd Thursday of every month - 7.30pm till 10pm where

; items made are openly discussed and debated
; Refreshments are always available
; We hold a monthly raffle and
; Demonstrations from Nationally- recognised Woodturners

Traditionally seen as a male dominated hobby, we are eager to pass on a lifetime of skills and encourage all ages, abilities and genders to have a go.  Who knows what skill you are hiding.
